Statue Repairs Christchurch

Before I arrived, he had been fixing a statue,

A lady rang Phil recently with an intricate soapstone statue that had fallen and broken into 15 pieces and asked if he could fix it.

A confident Mr Fixit told her to bring it around for a look.

In the 20 mins, it took her to arrive, I'd gone on YouTube and discovered which adhesive to use and what equipment I needed, all of which I had here.

Phil put the statue back together and when the customer picked it up, she was close to tears with the results.

I suggested that it must be very satisfying.

It's hugely satisfying.

As we talk, half a dozen repaired clocks tick away in the background.
